Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order: canvases, framed canvases, mugs and apparel. There are no handling fees.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Every item is made to order and printed in the USA.

Production: 2–5 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed.
Digital portraits: delivered instantly to your gallery and by email. Nothing ships.

During the holiday season, production and carrier times can run a little longer, so order early for gifts.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status any time on our order tracking page.

Need to fix your shipping address? Email support@petmorph.ai as soon as possible. We can update it any time before your order goes into production.
